Our mission is to increase the survival rate from cardiac arrest by creating a widespread network of reliable AEDs. We are striving to ensure everyone has access to lifesaving technology.
When you invest in Pulse4all bonds, you receive annual interest of 8.25% over a term of 3 years. This investment helps us to procure and install the AEDs through a subscription model.
  • Interest: 8.25% per year
  • Term: 3 years
  • Participation can start from: €10,000
  • No fees for emissions or management
  • Bonds are tradable / transferable
Investing in Pulse4all offers a high yield on a short term, whilst the investment is helping a good cause. Furthermore, we offer full transparency on how your money is used. Namely, it is used to procure additional AEDs.
Your investment will be used to procure, install and maintain AEDs. This contributes towards increasing people’s chance of surviving a cardiac arrest.
As with any investment, there are risks, including market risks and operational risks. However, we provide full transparency and have a proven track record in achieving our objectives.

Who we are

Pulse4all is a leading organisation that aims to make AEDs accessible to everyone. Our innovative subscription model keeps AEDs ready to use at all times, including maintenance and exchange service. We make AEDs simple and accessible. The more AEDs we install, the more lives we can save: this is our mission and we’re passionately dedicated to it!
  • We are making an impact: we are the only AED supplier to be 100% circular, with all the AEDs returning to us after their lifespan. Our recycling partner takes care of reusing the components and materials.
  • Experienced entrepreneurs: Peter Houtzagers has 35 years’ experience in business and 5 successful exits under his belt. Since 1998, together with Robert Cornelisse who also serves at Pulse4all, in charge of operations.
  • Low overheads: outsourcing practically all of the activities enables us to conduct the rollout in Europe with a core team of just 10 FTEs, most of whom are highly qualified professionals.
